Experience
15+ years leading technology, analytics, and digital transformation
I started as a builder and became an executive. In 2010 I was a manufacturer's first technical hire; by 2018, its EVP of Information Systems. Over my fifteen years there, the company went from about a hundred people to more than two thousand and grew revenue roughly 45× — and I ran the technology through two successful private equity exits.
I wrote the production scheduler and the MES that ran the plant floor before I managed anyone. Later it was ERP consolidation, standing up the direct-to-consumer channel, the data platform behind the analytics, and the technology for a second manufacturing campus. I stepped out of the operating role in late 2025 and still advise there.
Today I'm fractional CTO for another manufacturer, advise a handful of other companies, and I'm building an AI-native product of my own. That last part is what keeps the AI advice honest — I'm making the same calls I'd be helping you make.
